Hello all,
Aaaaaaaaand we’re back to our regularly late programming! I hope you have all had a good week! Today’s newsletter is sponsored by those who notice when I haven’t hit your inbox yet 🙂

Prose and Poetry of the Week
Lessons from a Gambling Family

Addiction runs in my family, and the most fun one is gambling. This is a non-fiction piece, a light-hearted way to explore how gambling has affected my life and still taught me decent lessons. ¡Se corre y se va!
I wrote this to desperately try and win a campaign to work with Moleskine, a journal brand I used to use exclusively. Not some of my best work, but it gets better towards the end. I hated pink as a child because of internalized misogyny, and now I appreciate and like pink in appreciation of femininity.

Rabbitholes

Abrazos and/or high fives,
Ariana
